Workshop on Conducting Knowledge Audits (Kuala Lumpur)
A knowledge audit is the first step in finding out what the critical knowledge assets used to deliver your business objectives are, the knowledge gaps, and the issues around knowledge retention, transfer or reuse. Once you have conducted a knowledge audit you will then be able to build a sound KM strategy and roadmap upon it.
This March, in partnership with the Securities Commission Malaysia, we will be organising a public workshop on conducting knowledge audits.
